At Revivescence Beauty and Wellness Boutique, we value your time and are committed to providing you with exceptional services. In order to maintain the highest level of care and accommodate all of our clients’ needs, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Appointment Cancellation Policy

• All appointments require a non-refundable fee, which is allocated to your total service fee.
  
  
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.
• If you fail to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service fee may be charged. This fee helps to compensate our team for the time and resources reserved for your appointment, which could have been allocated to other clients.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged their non-refundable fee and may be subject to a full-service fee as this inconveniences both our teams and other clients who could have taken that appointment slot.
• We understand that life happens, and unexpected emergencies or illnesses can arise. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you with understanding and flexibility.
  
  Late Arrivals
  If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, please understand that your service time may be reduced to ensure that we can accommodate our next scheduled client without delay. In such cases, the full-service fee will still apply.
  
  Rescheduling
  
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
